By using Mojodocs, you agree to the following terms. We keep it simple: use the tools freely, but be responsible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any modifications.
2. Use License
Mojodocs is free software. You are permitted to use the tools for both personal and commercial purposes without attribution, although attribution is appreciated.
Prohibited Actions
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the MojoDocs platform including WebAssembly modules, JavaScript algorithms, or proprietary code.
- Copying, extracting, or replicating algorithms, business logic, or proprietary technologies for use in competing products.
- Using automated tools to scrape, download, or systematically extract content or data from the platform.
- Using the platform to process, generate, or distribute illegal content.
- Attempting to overload, DDoS, or disrupt the delivery network infrastructure.
- Bypassing, disabling, or circumventing any security features or access controls.
3. Intellectual Property Protection
All content, features, and functionality of MojoDocs, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, WebAssembly modules, machine learning models, user interface designs, and documentation, are owned by MojoDocs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The following are explicitly protected as trade secrets and confidential information:
- Proprietary compression and processing algorithms
- WebAssembly module implementations and optimizations
- Machine learning model architectures and training methodologies
- Business logic, feature implementations, and system architecture
⚠️ Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under applicable copyright and trade secret laws, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
4. No Warranties
The materials on Mojodocs are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding reliability or availability.
Since processing happens on your device, we cannot guarantee performance on older hardware or outdated browsers.
5. Liability
In no event shall Mojodocs be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.
You are responsible for backing up your original files before processing.
